I am glad I found this community. I have tried research on the web but it is so hard. I have a scs but with little effect. I am seeing my doctor this friday. Would like some alternatives. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think I actually stumbled across one of the sites before having an epidural.  I found it very helpful to know more about what would happen than just from what my doctor told me. It was great to get a basic understanding, even if mine was done slightly differently.
